The project presented some unique challenges. Time was one concern. The old stadium was demolished and a new one was needed quickly. Weather was another problem. All the structural elements had to be cast on site in severe winter conditions. Precast/post tensioned riser and roof members were used. The new stadium was occupied in just seven months.
