Plume Lane is a 225,000 square foot facility built by the city of Norfolk Va. With its continuing revitalization, there was a need to accommodate the increasing demand for parking in the heart of the downtown area. Completed in 2000, the garage is eight stories tall and took 1,500 pieces to complete.
